<aside> ✂️ Episode Title: CSTG 225: The Law of Legacy with Chad Peterman

Episode Description:

What if your greatest leadership move isn’t something you do today, but how people talk about you years from now?

Chad gets real about Maxwell’s final law, and why it’s less about your resume and more about the ripple effects of your daily choices.

With personal stories and reflections on growing up in a no-nonsense household, Chad brings heart, humor, and some hard truths. From learning how to lead without a blueprint to grooming the next generation (and knowing when to hand them the baton 🏃‍♂️), this episode is all about creating a legacy that lives far beyond the job site.

If you’ve ever wondered what people will really remember about you—this one’s for you. Let’s go build something worth passing down 💥.

First person:

What if your greatest leadership move isn’t something you do today, but how people talk about you years from now?

As I wrap up the final law in Maxwell’s 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, I’m diving into the Law of Legacy, and reflecting on what that really means for me, for our team, and for anyone trying to lead with intention. I share stories from my childhood (including some hilarious and slightly scarring parenting moments), lessons from watching my dad build this business without ever trying to “leave a legacy,” and how I’ve come to understand what it means to pass the baton. This isn’t about titles or accomplishments, it’s about impact.

And if I’m doing this right, I hope it’s something my kids, and maybe even my grandkids, will be proud of one day.
